Love this place! If you're looking for somewhere to get ice cream, stop reading reviews and head to Painters ASAP. I can't tell what I liked most when I came yesterday - how good the ice cream was, or how positive the staff was (shoutout to Sam!)

This is some of the best ice cream on the planet. When in season get Red Velvet. My suggestion would be a shake. You will NEVER go wrong here. Love y’all!!

OMG!!!! This place was recommended to us for ice cream. And when I tell you, Painters did NOT disappoint! Tiara, Leigh, and Corinn provided impeccable customer service and provided OUTSTANDING recommendations for ice cream combinations. All ladies were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. If you haven't checked out this homemade ice cream shop, you are really missing out!

Delicious ice cream right on the beach! This place has indoor and outdoor seating. Great to sit indoors with AC when it’s hot out. Also really nice to sit outdoors during sunset. The staff is friendly and helpful. We came on national ice cream Day and it wasn’t busy at all. Lots of classic ice cream flavors, with fresh ingredients. Definitely coming back again soon.

Fast,friendly and had to make more chocolate soft serve.wasnt frozen solid and asked my hubby if he wanted in a waffle cone so didn't have to wait. He said it was ok mine and my daughters was hand dip cones and good

We go to Painters as often as we can! Love the location, the home made ice cream is the best around and the staff is always delightful! Specifically, Ashlyn always has a smile on her face and always talks to the customers, asking them about their stay at the beach. We tell everyone we know to visit Painters!

Great ice cream and great service. Be careful, as you may get more than you bargained for! Their specials are no novice task, an the portions are more than enough to satisfy all but the most glutinous of ice cream seekers. Amazing flavors to be had, but I really wish I was there for caramel cookie dough, but alas, it was not to be this trip. Cannot wait to go again sometime I'm back in the area.
